Tips for the hot spell:
Take sun protection measures such as sunblock and umbrellas. Exercises are best carried out in the morning.
Have a bland diet and drink more water. Fresh fruits and vegetables as well as tea are favourable. But avoid too much iced food and drinks to prevent bowel disorders.
Adjust daily routine. A schedule of "late to bed, early to rise" is more suitable for midsummer. An afternoon nap can help refresh.
