During this event, 120 Hong Kong students will undertake a six-week internship, experiencing working and living in Foshan.

At the launching ceremony, Yu Qiusheng, Deputy Director of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Foshan Party Committee, hoped that Hong Kong young students could better understand the cultural, economic and social environment of Foshan through their living and working experiences, so as to better contribute to the development of the GBA.

In the next six weeks, the Hong Kong youths will have the opportunity to work in different places, including Foshan Museum, Foshan Exhibition Center, and Lingnan Tiandi. And on weekends, they will also participate in different events such as experiencing Lingnan culture and the rural revitalization, allowing them to further enhance cultural identity and national awareness.
