On July 28, "Shunde Sashimi·Ronggui Flavor" the 2023 First Shunde Sashimi Festival (Ronggui Station) kicked off. From July 28 to August 31, 37 restaurants in Ronggui will provide special Sashimi combo to customers.

At the event site, invited by Ronggui Catering Industry Association, renowned members in Guangdong catering industry have participated in the forum about making Shunde Sashimi as the global food brand. Additionally, over 20 restaurants from Ronggui have attended the nomination of creative sashimi plating and presentation.

Meanwhile, Ronggui also collaborated with Shunde Rural Commercial Bank in providing 120000-yuan subsidies on "Food Hunting in Shunde" platform, as well as price-competitive sashimi combo. Citizens can collect unique coupon on the platform and use it in 37 eligible restaurants.

The first batch of Shunde Sashimi Demonstration Restaurants and qualification certificate for cook was released. In addition, The map of Shunde Sashimi Restaurants in Ronggui was unveiled, which provides customers with great confidence in food quality.

Simultaneously, "Hongli" Shunde Sashimi Video Competition was held to elect the promotion ambassadors, communication ambassadors and cultural consultants, which aims to jointly accelerate the promotion of Shunde Sashimi.

Since this year, Ronggui has designed and released six food festival projects, with Shunde Sashimi Festival as one of them. It is believed that Shunde Sashimi has incorporated Shunde's historical, social, and ecological culture.
