On July 1, Shenzhen Star Venture Investment Co. , Ltd. raked in the project of Fengmeiling (Phase II) with an area of 165,333 square meters and signed the Confirmation Of Sale at the same time. The investment exceeds 2 bn and the scale of its construction is estimated to be 400,000 square. It is expected to be completed and put into use in 2024, accelerating the construction of Shishan (Fengmeiling) Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Industrial Park.　

Intelligent manufacturing in Shishan is divided into 4 phases to develop with an area of about 472,666 square meters in total. The total investment of fixed assets exceeds approximately10 bn.

The project pools resources in development design, incubation acceleration, mass production and corporate headquarters office and it is planned to include 3 incubation centers, 3 trial production areas, 2 headquarters bases, etc. At the same time, there will also be talent apartments, business service and living and other supporting functional areas, to  meet the requirements of science and technology enterprises in all aspects of production, office and life supporting.

When completed, the project will be the largest scale locally in modern manufacturing, becoming new high-tech industrial city that ties together Nanhai University Town and Foshan West Hub New City.
