As the Shunde Government accelerates the timeline to build the new Shunde Women and Children Hospital (Magang branch), it will invest over 2.5 billion yuan and cover a total area of 26,318 square meters.

Located in the north of Magang Avenue, south of the Shunde tributary, and west of the planned Longitudinal Second Road, the new hospital will conduct the construction of the basement project, outpatient building, infection building, medical technology building, inpatient department (with 1,000 beds), medical system, fire protection system, water supply and drainage engineering, pipe network engineering, etc.

As the only public tertiary specialist hospital for women and children in Shunde, the funding will improve the medical quality, service capacity and development level of the new hospital, offering continual and convenient access for patients in the region and contributing to the high-quality development of women and child's health in Shunde and even the GBA.

It's also worth noting that with its geographic advantages, Shunde will gain great momentum from this high-level tertiary hospital to promote the construction of major manufacturing power district.
